1 can of refried beans
1 pack of hot dog buns
Mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to taste
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 cup of iceberg lettuce
200 g of mushrooms
2 avocados
Lime to taste
Salt and pepper

 

 

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the Benji Vegan Ham into strips. Wrap the sausages with the strips of Benji Vegan Ham. In a pan over medium heat with a little oil, cook the Benji Vegan Chorizo. You can also fry the sausages in the same pan. Slice the onion into strips and sauté until caramelized. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until tender. Steam the hot dog buns or warm them using a double boiler, making sure they don’t get too moist. Meanwhile, prepare guacamole by mashing the avocados with lime juice. Assemble each hot dog to taste. Spread some mayonnaise and mustard on the bun, add the sausage, and let everyone customize their hot dog with the prepared toppings.
