2 chopped tomatoes
12 chopped onion
3 chopped serranos
Oil, salt, and seasoning to taste

 

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the zucchini with the onion, then add the serrano chilies, seasoning, and salt. Separately, fry the chicken thoroughly until well-cooked. Finally, mix everything together with the tomatoes and season well. Serve with a fresh vegetable salad for a complete meal.
