Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and basic web analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Key Responsibilities
Build the foundation (Months 1–6):

  • Learn our brand voice, product positioning, and target audience segments.
  • Execute digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and content networks under guidance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with basic reporting.
  • Conduct competitor research and identify digital marketing opportunities.

Drive Growth (Months 6–12+):

  • Learn our brand voice, product positioning, and target audience segments.
  • Execute digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and content networks under guidance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with basic reporting.
  • Conduct competitor research and identify digital marketing opportunities.

Shape the Future:

  • As we scale, help define digital marketing best practices, campaign workflows, and measurement frameworks.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
  • Mentor and train future marketing team members as we expand.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions about brand positioning, market priorities, and growth initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience and location), plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
