

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Place the tomatoes, chilies, and onion in a large pot, cover with water, and boil until the tomatoes are soft. Blend the tomatoes with the chilies, onion, cilantro, and garlic until you achieve a smooth sauce. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the sauce for a few minutes. Add the chicharron and let it simmer until softened. Season to taste.
