Job Summary
We are a fast-growing food company seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations & Administrative Coordinator with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field to join our team.
As we expand our operations to support rapid business growth, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth organizational processes. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the foundation (Months 1–6):
- Learn company systems, processes, and organizational structure
- Manage daily administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle logistics for internal communications
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical)
Drive Growth (Months 6–12+):
- Take ownership of administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support HR and finance functions by processing forms, onboarding materials, and expense reports
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and departments
- Assist leadership with special projects and provide general administrative support across departments
Shape the Future:
- As we scale, help define administrative best practices, systems, and workflow processes
- Streamline operations and implement tools to improve team efficiency
- Mentor and train future administrative team members as we expand
- Contribute to strategic discussions about operational priorities and resource needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 annually (based on experience and location), plus performance-based bonuses.
