

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the zucchini, carrots, and nopales into strips and sauté them in a bit of vegetable oil. Add some Vegan Teriyaki Sauce and season with salt, pepper, and vegetable seasoning. Meanwhile, cut each Benji Adobo Steak into four pieces and fry them in a large pan until golden brown. Once all ingredients are cooked, assemble the dish in layers: start with a piece of Benji Adobo Steak, then add some sautéd vegetables, followed by another piece of steak. Repeat until you have three layers. Drizzle with Teriyaki Sauce to taste and garnish with a bit of alfalfa sprouts for a fresh finish. Enjoy!
